    Shipping and Delivery charges are particular to a product. The charges will vary depending on your location, weight & volume of the product. During any promotional event the shipping and delivery may be waived.

  • What is the expected delivery time for my order?

    All orders which are in stock are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order (except weekends and national holidays). Depending on where you are, orders processed here will take 1-7 business days to arrive, except for those shipped from overseas which will normally take longer.  Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

  • How do I place an order cancellation request?
